While we thank you for your purchase and hope you love it, we understand there may be an occasion where you need to return it to us.


 Items can be returned in their original and resalable condition within 28 days of receiving your order. Items can be exchanged in store with proof of purchase or given credit in exchange, to purchase as item at a later date. 

 Returns and refunds are accepted where;

1) We receive the returned item within 28 days of your receipt, when purchased online only.
2) The returned item is unused, in its original packaging and in “as new” condition
3) You follow the returns procedure.


No refunds are given with items purchased in store, as we only offer an exchange policy.  

When purchased online, we will send you a full refund for any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding:

A)  Original delivery charges

B)  Returns delivery charges

Please note: Returns will be processed within 7 days from the date of receiving the return. If the item has been discounted you will be refunded only the discounted price. 


Unfortunately the following kinds of product cannot be returned:

A) Any personalized product including engraving.
B) Items purchased online cannot be refunded in store.
C) Pierced products including earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene.

3.   On the front of your parcel, write:

 4.   Take your parcel to your local Post Office and send it back with your chosen return service. 

5.   Ask for a certificate of postage from the Post Office if you’re not already given one.

 *Please ensure the previous shipping label is covered.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy. We will not be responsible for any items not reaching us.


1. Please visit our Ayr store to return your goods.

2. Bring all return slips, warranty cards & packaging you received with product.

3. Bring proof of purchase either digitally or a paper copy.

4. You will be refunded through our website and receive a confirmation letter about refund to the email address used to make purchase.


If any of your items are faulty/poor quality, we will refund the return postage costs.
